RETURN AND CANCELLATION

How Do I Cancel an Order on WallMora?
If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it has been shipped. To cancel, simply email us at info@wallmora.com with your order number in the subject line. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Exchange Policy:
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

The product must have its original packaging and tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.

Items must be returned within 7-15 days of delivery.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we may request you to share a snapshot at info@wallmora.com.

Any returned item that does not meet the above conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed, and the item will not be exchanged in such cases.

Return & Refund Policy:
Our return policy is valid for 7-15 days from the date of delivery. If 7-15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and a return shipping fee of ₹300 to ₹500 (depending on product size) will be charged.

After your return request is confirmed, the product will be collected by us within 2 to 3 working days.
Once the product has been picked up, we will process the refund within 2 to 3 working days.
