  • Order details such as products, sizes, custom names or text, and special instructions.
  • Messages, photos and voice notes you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email or the contact form.

Payment information
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay handles this information under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically
When you use our website we collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and cookies needed for the cart, checkout and login to work. We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site.

How we use your information

  • To process, make and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
  • To reply to your questions and send quotes, order updates and delivery details.
  • To provide customer support, warranty help and returns where applicable.
  • To keep business records for accounting, tax and legal requirements.
  • To improve our products, website and service.
  • To send offers or new designs only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.

WhatsApp and automated replies

When you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, some replies may be sent by an automated assistant that uses artificial intelligence to answer common questions (such as products, sizes and delivery) and to take order details. Our team reviews orders and can step in at any time. Your messages are processed by Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) and by the service providers that run our assistant only for the purpose of replying to you. You can ask to speak to a person at any time.

Who we share information with

We share only what is needed with:

  • Delivery and courier partners: your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
  • Payment provider: Razorpay, to process payments.
  • Service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email, cloud storage and spreadsheets (for example Google), messaging (Meta/WhatsApp) and our automated assistant providers. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
  • Authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Social media

When you interact with our pages on Instagram, Facebook or YouTube, those platforms process your information under their own privacy policies. We may share photos of our products on social media. We will not post photos of your home or your personal details without your permission.

How long we keep information

We keep order and invoice records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes (generally up to 8 years). Chat messages and enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed, usually within 2 years.

How we protect information

We use reasonable security measures, such as secure (HTTPS) checkout, password-protected accounts and limited staff access. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you,
  • correct or update it,
  • delete it, where we are not required to keep it by law,
  • stop sending you marketing messages.

To make a request, contact us using the details in “Who we are”. We will respond within 30 days.
